Role Summary: Asset Digital Core (ADC) is a transformation program with SAP’s latest ERP, S/4 HANA, as its foundation. This latest SAP technology provides redesigned, market-standard processes and data models to replace legacy SAP systems in the client’s Operated Assets. ADC is key to achieving a Powering Progress Strategy in Integrated Gas and Upstream (IGU). ADC will enable IGU to lead with insight, sharpen performance, and support diverse value chains. This role focuses on analysing and improving project workflows, integrating them into SAP’s latest ERP, S/4 HANA. This technology introduces standardised processes and data models, replacing legacy SAP systems in the client’s Operated Assets to enhance efficiency. The position supports transformation efforts by ensuring SAP adoption across Integrated Gas and Upstream (IGU).
Responsibilities:
The Deployment Lead / Analyst is responsible for aligning project execution models with SAP workflows.
This includes assessing governance structures, controls, and data requirements to drive seamless business process transformation.
Reporting to the projects workflow team, the candidate will work closely with stakeholders to integrate project management frameworks into SAP, improving efficiency and standardisation.
Analyse and optimise project workflows for SAP integration.
Conduct business impact assessments, data cleansing, change management, and training to support SAP deployment.
Align governance, control structures, and execution models with SAP.
Engage stakeholders to drive adoption and address deployment risks.
Support multiple deployments across various time zones, ensuring consistent execution.
Facilitate process transformation and value realisation within the organisation.
Provide expertise on project workflows and their SAP integration.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the client’s project execution frameworks, governance, and controls.
While SAP is desirable, it is not essential.
Expertise in ERP-driven transformations and business process optimisation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess workflows and integration needs.
Ability to manage multiple parallel deployments and work across global time zones.
