Responsibilities:
  • The Primavera Technical Analyst will support and optimise Primavera P6 (or other Primavera products), ensuring smooth functionality, system configuration, and integration.
  • This role involves working closely with business project managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the software meets the business's needs.
  • Configure and customise Primavera P6 environments to meet specific project management needs.
  • Provides technical support for Primavera P6 users, troubleshooting performance, data integrity, or system functionality issues.
  • Works with end users to resolve issues and escalate complex problems to senior IT or software support teams.
  • Database Management - Manage and optimise Primavera P6 databases, including backup, restoration, and performance tuning.
  • System Integration—Support the integration of Primavera P6 with other project management tools, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
  • Develop scripts or tools to automate tasks and improve workflows.
  • System Upgrades & Patches: Monitor for system updates and patches; plan and execute software upgrades and ensure proper testing before implementation.

Requirements:
  • Experience with System Administration and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Primavera P6 and associated software; set up and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6 (both client/server and web versions).
  • Strong understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
