Our client, an Integrated Energy Company, requires a Petrel Studio Data Management Specialist to support the Americas squad team in delivering high-quality data products for end-users.
Role Responsibilities:
- Load Seismic Data
- Load well data ad hoc
- Load other data – point data, web map services, shapefiles, surfaces, horizons, polygons, live trace outlines,
- seismic cubes/lines, velocity model extents
- QC all new data loading for naming conventions, spatial location, duplication
- Export data for use in other applications – including transforming the formats as required.
- Monitor Studio data structure – move data in the wrong folder structure, rename data, remove duplicates,
- clean up/repopulate empty datasets
- QC well header, Curve depths, curve min/max via Petrel workflows
- Create Petrel project templates with correct CRS/units/folders for user to start new projects.
- Help find data in Studio
- Help push/pull data from Studio
- Help to display data in Petrel
