Role Summary: Our client is looking for a talented Legal Digital workflow Subject Matter Expert who will work with the legal and digital teams to identify new ways of working and digital tools to improve efficiency and value from their digital spending.
Responsibilities:
Manage legal workflows, systems and data with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Work with relevant legal stakeholders to agree on a system and data improvements roadmap to improve efficiency and value.
Work with digital and data teams to understand their systems and workflows, identify areas of improvement and work to build these into the roadmap of changes.
Help gain approval and implementation of the new roadmap for changes across the systems and data.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 + years working in Legal and digital areas within a large corporate organisation
Suitable University degree
Able to work within a global and highly matrixed organization
Great project management skills, with the ability to deliver on time. Prior experience in leading a team.
Expertise in the use of Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Effective prioritization whilst managing multiple projects at the same period.
Strong self-motivation, organizational and problem-solving skills, proactiveness and a “can do” attitude.
Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
